  • Setting short-term strategy, key business goals and initiatives to deliver that strategy, and performance managing the business
  • Ensuring that sufficient resources & plans are aligned to the short-term strategy
  • Directly support defining and program management of strategy (through problem solving, planning/coordination, project management) on critical business goals.
  • Use analytics and modeling to identify opportunities for company to optimize its financial and operational performance.
  • Draft and iterate short- and long-term strategy proposals for the business unit
  • Draft presentations that visually demonstrate significant business insights and provide Executives and Board Members with updates on key company developments
  • Quantify growth and cost savings opportunities through a variety of models and analyses
Key Skill Required:

  • At least 3 years of consulting / strategy or related experience; some high-growth operations or startup experience is a plus.
  • Clear communicator. You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights.
  • Master's degree from a tier 1 management university
  • Explorer - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role. Self-starter attitude is a must
